According to the latest statistics released by the World Bank in 2024,in the ranking of the world's GDP in 2008, United States ranked first in terms of GDP, with a total economic volume of $14769.86 billion; Japan ranked second in terms of GDP, with a total economic volume of $5106.68 billion; China ranked third in terms of GDP, with a total economic volume of $4591.4 billion; Germany ranked fourth in terms of GDP, with a total economy of $3745.26 billion; and United Kingdom, with a total economy of $2938.88 billion, ranked fifth in GDP.
