According to the latest statistics released by the World Bank in 2024,in the ranking of the world's GDP in 2018, United States ranked first in terms of GDP, with a total economic volume of $20527.16 billion; China ranked second in terms of GDP, with a total economic volume of $13893.7 billion; Japan ranked third in terms of GDP, with a total economic volume of $5037.84 billion; Germany ranked fourth in terms of GDP, with a total economy of $3977.29 billion; and United Kingdom, with a total economy of $2900.79 billion, ranked fifth in GDP.
