According to the latest statistics released by the World Bank in 2024,in the ranking of the world's GDP in 1999, United States ranked first in terms of GDP, with a total economic volume of $9631.17 billion; Japan ranked second in terms of GDP, with a total economic volume of $4635.98 billion; Germany ranked third in terms of GDP, with a total economic volume of $2194.95 billion; United Kingdom ranked fourth in terms of GDP, with a total economy of $1685.76 billion; and France, with a total economy of $1493.15 billion, ranked fifth in GDP.
