According to the latest statistics released by the World Bank in 2024,in the ranking of the world's GDP in 1989, United States ranked first in terms of GDP, with a total economic volume of $5641.58 billion; Japan ranked second in terms of GDP, with a total economic volume of $3054.91 billion; Germany ranked third in terms of GDP, with a total economic volume of $1398.97 billion; France ranked fourth in terms of GDP, with a total economy of $1025.21 billion; and Italy, with a total economy of $928.66 billion, ranked fifth in GDP.
