According to the latest statistics released by the World Bank in 2025,in the ranking of the world's GDP in 1965, United States ranked first in terms of GDP, with a total economic volume of $743.7 billion; Former Soviet Union ranked second in terms of GDP, with a total economic volume of $264.62 billion; United Kingdom ranked third in terms of GDP, with a total economic volume of $101.83 billion; France ranked fourth in terms of GDP, with a total economy of $101.54 billion; and Japan, with a total economy of $90.95 billion, ranked fifth in GDP.
