According to the latest statistics released by the World Bank in 2024,in the ranking of the world's GDP in 1960, United States ranked first in terms of GDP, with a total economic volume of $543.3 billion; Former Soviet Union ranked second in terms of GDP, with a total economic volume of $183.88 billion; United Kingdom ranked third in terms of GDP, with a total economic volume of $73.23 billion; France ranked fourth in terms of GDP, with a total economy of $62.23 billion; and China, with a total economy of $59.8 billion, ranked fifth in GDP.
