According to the latest statistics released by the World Bank in 2024, among the Southeast Asian countries in 1977, Indonesia ranked first in terms of gross domestic product(GDP), with a total economic volume of $45.81 billion; Philippines ranked second in terms of GDP, with a total economic volume of $22.28 billion; Thailand ranked third in terms of GDP, with a total economic volume of $19.78 billion; Malaysia ranked fourth in terms of GDP, with a total economy of $13.14 billion; and Singapore, with a total economy of $6.62 billion, ranked fifth in GDP.
