According to the latest statistics released by the World Bank in 2025, among the Southeast Asian countries in 1976, Indonesia ranked first in terms of gross domestic product(GDP), with a total economic volume of $37.27 billion; Philippines ranked second in terms of GDP, with a total economic volume of $19.38 billion; Thailand ranked third in terms of GDP, with a total economic volume of $16.99 billion; Malaysia ranked fourth in terms of GDP, with a total economy of $11.05 billion; and Singapore, with a total economy of $6.33 billion, ranked fifth in GDP.
