GDP ranking of OPEC countries in 1987

According to the latest statistics released by the World Bank in 2024, among the OPEC countries in 1987, Iran ranked first in terms of gross domestic product(GDP), with a total economic volume of $134.01 billion; Saudi Arabia ranked second in terms of GDP, with a total economic volume of $85.7 billion; Algeria ranked third in terms of GDP, with a total economic volume of $66.75 billion; Iraq ranked fourth in terms of GDP, with a total economy of $56.77 billion; and Nigeria, with a total economy of $52.68 billion, ranked fifth in GDP.
