According to the latest statistics released by the World Bank in 2024, among the OPEC countries in 1986, Iran ranked first in terms of gross domestic product(GDP), with a total economic volume of $209.1 billion; Saudi Arabia ranked second in terms of GDP, with a total economic volume of $86.96 billion; Algeria ranked third in terms of GDP, with a total economic volume of $63.69 billion; Venezuela ranked fourth in terms of GDP, with a total economy of $60.39 billion; and Nigeria, with a total economy of $54.81 billion, ranked fifth in GDP.
