According to the latest statistics released by the World Bank in 2024, among the OPEC countries in 1984, Iran ranked first in terms of gross domestic product(GDP), with a total economic volume of $162.28 billion; Saudi Arabia ranked second in terms of GDP, with a total economic volume of $119.63 billion; Nigeria ranked third in terms of GDP, with a total economic volume of $73.48 billion; Venezuela ranked fourth in terms of GDP, with a total economy of $60.01 billion; and Algeria, with a total economy of $53.7 billion, ranked fifth in GDP.
