According to the latest statistics released by the World Bank in 2024, among the OPEC countries in 1981, Saudi Arabia ranked first in terms of gross domestic product(GDP), with a total economic volume of $184.29 billion; Nigeria ranked second in terms of GDP, with a total economic volume of $164.48 billion; Iran ranked third in terms of GDP, with a total economic volume of $100.5 billion; Venezuela ranked fourth in terms of GDP, with a total economy of $66.33 billion; and United Arab Emirates, with a total economy of $49.33 billion, ranked fifth in GDP.
