GDP ranking of Former Soviet countries in 2000

According to the latest statistics released by the World Bank in 2024, among the countries of the former Soviet Union in 2000, Russia ranked first in terms of gross domestic product(GDP), with a total economic volume of $259.71 billion; Ukraine ranked second in terms of GDP, with a total economic volume of $32.38 billion; Kazakhstan ranked third in terms of GDP, with a total economic volume of $18.29 billion; Uzbekistan ranked fourth in terms of GDP, with a total economy of $13.76 billion; and Belarus, with a total economy of $12.74 billion, ranked fifth in GDP.
