According to the latest statistics released by the World Bank in 2025, among the European countries in 1960, United Kingdom ranked first in terms of gross domestic product(GDP), with a total economic volume of $73.23 billion; France ranked second in terms of GDP, with a total economic volume of $62.23 billion; Italy ranked third in terms of GDP, with a total economic volume of $40.39 billion; Sweden ranked fourth in terms of GDP, with a total economy of $15.82 billion; and Turkey, with a total economy of $13.98 billion, ranked fifth in GDP.
