According to the latest statistics released by the World Bank in 2024, among the Asian countries in 1991, Japan ranked first in terms of gross domestic product(GDP), with a total economic volume of $3584.42 billion; China ranked second in terms of GDP, with a total economic volume of $383.5 billion; South Korea ranked third in terms of GDP, with a total economic volume of $330.65 billion; India ranked fourth in terms of GDP, with a total economy of $270.11 billion; and Taiwan, with a total economy of $187.4 billion, ranked fifth in GDP.
