According to the latest statistics released by the World Bank in 2024, among the ASEAN countries in 2018, Indonesia ranked first in terms of gross domestic product(GDP), with a total economic volume of $1042.27 billion; Thailand ranked second in terms of GDP, with a total economic volume of $506.76 billion; Singapore ranked third in terms of GDP, with a total economic volume of $377 billion; Malaysia ranked fourth in terms of GDP, with a total economy of $358.79 billion; and Philippines, with a total economy of $346.84 billion, ranked fifth in GDP.
