According to the latest statistical information released by Pingdingshan Bureau of statistics in 2024, in 2009, the GDP of Ruzhou City was $3.4 billion, that of Xinhua District was $2.6 billion, that of Baofeng County was $1.91 billion, that of Yexian County was $1.75 billion, and that of Zhanhe District was $1.6 billion.
