According to the latest statistical information released by Zhanjiang Bureau of statistics in 2024, in 2008, the GDP of Zhanjiang Municipal District was $9.03 billion, that of Lianjiang City was $1.92 billion, that of Suixi County was $1.53 billion, that of Leizhou City was $1.43 billion, and that of Wuchuan City was $1.21 billion.
