According to the latest statistical information released by Jinzhong Bureau of statistics in 2024, in 2011, the GDP of Yuci District was $2.83 billion, that of Lingshi County was $2.6 billion, that of Jiexiu City was $2.22 billion, that of Shouyang County was $1.52 billion, and that of Pingyao County was $1.33 billion.
