According to the latest statistical information released by Hezhou Bureau of statistics in 2024, in 2008, the GDP of Babu District was $1.15 billion, that of Pinggui District was $0.8 billion, that of Zhongshan County was $0.71 billion, that of Zhaoping County was $0.51 billion, and that of Fuchuan County was $0.45 billion.
