According to the latest statistical information released by Nantong Bureau of statistics in 2024, in 2016, the GDP of Tongzhou District was $16.05 billion, that of Haimen District was $15.58 billion, that of Qidong City was $13.89 billion, that of Rugao City was $13.83 billion, and that of Hai'an City was $12.26 billion.
