According to the latest statistical information released by Nantong Bureau of statistics in 2024, in 2002, the GDP of Tongzhou District was $1.61 billion, that of Haimen District was $1.56 billion, that of Qidong City was $1.5 billion, that of Rudong County was $1.12 billion, and that of Rugao City was $1.07 billion.
