According to the latest statistical information released by Benxi Bureau of statistics in 2024, in 2006, the GDP of Xihu District was $1.21 billion, that of Mingshan District was $1.14 billion, that of Pingshan District was $0.87 billion, that of Benxi county was $0.64 billion, and that of Nanfen District was $0.63 billion.
