According to the latest statistical information released by Huaihua Bureau of statistics in 2024, in 2015, the GDP of Hecheng District was $4.68 billion, that of Yuanling County was $2.66 billion, that of Xupu County was $2.06 billion, that of Chenxi County was $1.62 billion, and that of Hongjiang City was $1.6 billion.
