According to the latest statistical information released by Xiangtan Bureau of statistics in 2024, in 2014, the GDP of Yuhu District was $8.27 billion, that of Yuetang District was $7.78 billion, that of Xiangxiang was $4.94 billion, that of Xiangtan County was $4.85 billion, and that of Shaoshan City was $1.07 billion.
