According to the latest statistical information released by Xiangtan Bureau of statistics in 2024, in 2013, the GDP of Yuhu District was $7.43 billion, that of Yuetang District was $7.01 billion, that of Xiangxiang was $4.33 billion, that of Xiangtan County was $4.24 billion, and that of Shaoshan City was $0.94 billion.
